Immerse yourself in the charm of this picturesque village, where history and tradition come alive against the stunning backdrop of Madeira's natural beauty.

4. Day 4 Visit & Wine Tasting at Quinta to Barbusano (Included)

   From 3 PM to 5 PM

   • Embark on a journey to the wine heart of Madeira with our exclusive tour of Quinta do Barbusano, nestled in São Vicente, just 40 minutes from Funchal. Delve into the vineyards, basking in Madeira's abundant sunshine as you uncover the artisanal methods behind crafting exceptional wines. Led by passionate local experts, immerse yourself in the region's wine heritage before indulging in a private tasting. 5. Day 5 Sunrise Above the Clouds Experience (Included)

   From 5 AM to 8 AM

   • Experience a once-in-a-lifetime journey above the clouds and witness the breathtaking spectacle of a sunrise at 1800 meters altitude on Madeira Island, atop one of its highest peaks. Upon arrival at Pico do Arieiro in the early hours, you'll be greeted by a refreshing, invigorating atmosphere, setting the stage for the celestial show about to unfold. As the sun begins to rise, illuminating the sky with vibrant colors, you'll find yourself at the perfect vantage point to witness the day's transition amidst a stunning landscape. To enhance this magical experience, our guide will treat you to a homemade breakfast, freshly prepared to complement the breathtaking scenery.
   • After you get some rest, take the day to relax in Seixal Beach or Formosa Beach! 
6. Day 6 Free Day for Personal Activities

   Suggestion for the day:

   • Take the Day for a Hiking Adventure: With its many gorgeous mountains and waterfalls, it’s no surprise that Madeira has long been referred to as a “hiker’s paradise”. Many of these trails follow the old irrigation canals called “levadas” that were used to bring water from the north side of the island to the south. Although still used today, many of these canals are also widely used for walking. No matter your preference or experience level, there are many different types of trails all over Madeira. Beginners or those looking for a more leisurely nature walk should stick to the south side of the island, while those looking for a more exhilarating trekking experience should head north to the mountainous side of the island.
